Poultry demand is up and small-scale poultry production on Vancouver Island has become stagnant over the last few years.  With our population growing, we now only have 3 days of food in the system.  Mill Bay Processors looks toward aiding the local farming community in securing our food chain and improving accessibility while leveraging its processing capacity to grow the industry.
